For decades, TV aerobics videos have been gospel for people looking to lose weight. However, they’re always flooded with impossibly beautiful models. Until we revamped the ManShake jingle and brought together the two modern gospels of weightloss: aerobics and the Man Shake.

So we created a vintage ‘80’s aerobics class heroing blokes of all sizes shaking their Man Shake shakers.
